Oh dear, it has been quite a while since I've been on dA. It isn't what it used to be anymore. So much change (good change, that is). As you may have noticed, I've been extremely absent and only post once in a blue moon. I've contemplated deleting my profile, but there's something sentimental about seeing my progress over the past past 10 (yikes!) years that I've been on this community.
So what have I been up to? Working full-time. I am happy to report that my education has been put to use and that I'm working a design job that I love and look forward to every day. It isn't my absolute creative goal, but it's a fantastic start and a a great stepping stone.
Since it's the new year, I just wanted to wish everyone luck and good vibes to all your creative progressions this year. Here's to hoping we'll all be a little bit further in where we want to go.

Gosh, where has the time gone? In a blink, I've been on dA for over 10 years! Geez. Also, in a blink, 2014 came and went and we're already more than half way through 2015.
I had the opportunity to go back to Hawaii again this year in May, for my birthday. It was a fantastic experience and if you haven't been there before, I highly recommend going! As per usual, my rate of submissions have decreased over the years as dA hasn't really had the same excitement for me as it once did, years ago. That being said, it still holds so much for me that I can't let go, so I'm still sticking around.

Belated New Year Update
This is a very belated new year update, but I also have not updated in a long while too. Since last post I have managed to obtain a graphic/web design internship at this really cool website called HomeSav. The internship lasts about 3 months and I'd say that I'm about half way done it. So far I have mostly enjoyed my experience there and would absolutely love to be able to be hired for a full time position, however even if that doesn't be the case, I am confident enough that I will have enough experience and more pieces to add to my portfolio to help me find what I want.

Something Missing
Well, it has been a while and since my previous post, I have quit my job and started to try to focus on freelancing. As usual, it's very slow, however I am currently working on one project and I'm meeting a new client this weekend. I'm nervous and excited all at once :faint:
It's really weird for me to not be in school right now. I have tons of people who say, "oh you're so lucky you're done school!" Not really. I loved school. I loved learning something new every day and making friends. Now I just feel alone and depressed as I'm not much of a competitive person when it comes to finding a job. I have been looking for the past 2 months for so
